This weekend is for HER, to tap into the feminine intelligence, to connect to her belly, her womb, to express in voice, in words, in dance. To help her slowing down, soften and open so she can feel. To let her create, to let her shine.

Somehow along the way we have internalised patriarchy in our system, where all that counts is how efficient and strong and hard working we are and we lost touch of our body, our inner wisdom, our gut feeling, our true nature. It happened to me too….! This weekend is here to tap into the true nature of being a women.

This is a retreat for HER, a weekend packed with yoga, mediation, energy work, singing, dancing, sharing and bringing her back into her body. It’s an intense, but beautifully powerful transformative weekend.

On Friday we start a 10.00 with an opening circle, on Sunday we finish after lunch and say goodbye at 14.00
