Yoga Surf Holiday
The Yoga and Surfing Holiday is for surfers wanting to get into yoga, for yogis wanting to learn to surf, or for anyone wanting to experience both yoga and surfing (beginners welcome!). The southwest coast of Portugal offers fantastic waves and our program fuses the two transcending practices in a way that everyone will enjoy!
Each day will start with a meditation followed by a yoga class that is especially designed to gain flexibility, strength and a confident mind for surfing. After a hearty breakfast you’ll be picked up by the surf coaches and make your way to the best surf spots, where you’ll have your surf lessons and a lunch pack. On return to our venue, a soft and relaxing yoga class is waiting for you, followed by dinner and then a long deep sleep. This is a active holiday for water lovers.

Our venue:
The Yoga Surf Holidays are taking place at our stunning quinta da rosa, very close by the fisherman’s town Salema. It’s a very beautiful house with wooden floors and comfortables rooms, a lush garden and a swimming pool.
The quinta has single rooms, double/twin rooms and shared (with 4 female).
We bring our own catering chef to the quinta, who will prepare delicious, but filling meals, so you have enough energy for the surf.
This is a good choice of holiday to come with a friend or partner - even if one does not want to join the surfing, but relax at the beach or pool during the day. In this case, the price of the surf lessons will be deducted.
